We do NOT offer Refunds! Exchanges or Store Credit ONLY!
We thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for Exchange Only.

We encourage all babes to inspect your package once received.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please keep all items in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached. All sales are FINAL once items are installed, worn, colored, used, etc. & it's non-exchangeable.

Please print off and complete the Exchange form on our website, and ship back item(s) within 5 days after receiving. No exchange requests will be honored after 5 days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All items must be returned in its original packaging and condition for exchanges to be honored.

If there are any discrepancies with the extensions received or the texture, we require ALL items purchased with that order sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made.

If the buyer simply wants an exchange he/she will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- Custom Orders/ Pre Orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed. We cannot stop your order while its processing or shipping. You have the option to exchange your product for another product upon receiving your order.

Hair Xtend reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc., or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. After HX receives your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Exchanges may take 7 days We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
