All orders require processing time of 2-6 days (excluding weekends and holidays) within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process. Processing times and shipping times are not the same.  All order will be shipped ground UPS. Please allow 2-5 days after  processing to receive your items. RETURN POLICY

Hairxtend offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will allow exchanges (online/in-store) the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 5 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non - refundable.
